Nice People, Efficient Service

After trying to fix our own bee problem I took the recommendation of others to call Tactical Pest and Termite Solutions – could not have been a better decision! Gary knows his stuff!

We hired many different pest control companies to rid our home of those tiny little ants. None could stop them from getting in! Three pest control companies later we hired Tactical Pest and Termite Solutions. When Gary arrived I told him of the problems we had and let him do his work. Within a few days those little ants were gone. We’ve had no further issues with the ants, and no other little crawlers either. I highly recommend Tactical Pest and Termite Solutions and Gary is a great fellow – who knows his stuff!

I never imagined the process would be so pleasant given the circumstances, but Gary and his techs took care of us like no other contractor has ever done for us. Colleen kept us informed by email, and she was delightful over the phone as well. Gary came out for an initial inspection and took his time explaining the process and answered all our questions. They came out today and to my surprise, Gary hooked us up with a complimentary pest control initial treatment!!! I could hug him for that alone! They took care of upstairs, downstairs, and outside for pests. Termite treatment involves extensive work drilling around the property and spraying inside. Gary was getting cooked in the 97° sun, but he had zero complaints and kept on working. I felt awful and offered drinks and food often, but he just kept on.

Gary & Colleen and their team are fantastic!

We have had great service for many years now and hardly ever see any bugs! They also treat our yard for mosquitoes now- second season and it’s so nice to be able to go outside and not get completely chewed up by those nasty little insects! Not saying it’s 100% none- but before they begin treatment the mosquitoes were absolutely horrible!
